Portfolio Homes has secured planning permission for a development containing, 2 sets of two storey, semi-detached, 3-bed dwelling.

Consent was granted by Dartford borough council due to the attraction of the layout. The depth of the plot meant we were not confined to building a standard 4 house terrace. It allowed us to offset the fronts of the properties and the width allowed a separation in the middle to create a far more detached feel than would have otherwise been possible.

With an idyllic setting, plenty of floor space and an open plan feel they are perfect for both couples or families and have convenient front of house off road parking.
